Why do we exist?
The mission of Avustajaklinikka is to provide services for disabled people that enable freedom, self-determination, and participation. We have chosen an active role as an advocate and changemaker.
We offer personal assistance services that form the foundation for participation and a good life for disabled people.
For us, good service begins with respectful encounters with each client and with the professional, well-trained approach of our assistants. The client plays a central role in planning and guiding their assistant’s work, according to their own abilities. Our job is to make our services functional and to support the client in working together with their assistant.
Our promise:
“The client decides on their own assistants and on how the assistance is carried out.”
The assistants belong to the client, not the company, and the company cannot replace them or assign them elsewhere without the client’s consent. The client may decide for themselves whom to choose as an assistant, when they work, what they help with, and how the assistance is provided.
