The Avustajaklinikka Team
We need motivated assistants for our steadily growing team. As our operations expand continuously, we have plenty of work available in almost all parts of Finland. On the front page, you can see the updated list of wellbeing services counties in which we operate.
We do not list open job opportunities separately on our website, because new clients come in regularly, and we match assistants and clients as soon as a suitable match is found.
You as an Employee
We understand different life situations and needs regarding work. You do not need to have education in the social or healthcare sector. We do not require previous experience as an assistant or in working with people with disabilities. We aim to provide you with orientation based on the client’s assistance needs.

By joining the Avustajaklinikka team, you will be among the first to hear when clients suitable for you become available. By submitting an application to us, we will contact you within two days and ask you the necessary questions.
If you submit your application through the form, fill in the required fields and also describe yourself in your own words. You may attach files to the form, such as a cover letter, CV, letters of recommendation, etc.
If you prefer, you can also apply for a job directly by email at asiakaspalvelu@avustajaklinikka.fi. In your application, include the necessary information about yourself, such as your education, location, the type of work you are seeking, and when you can start. The application can be informal in style.
How to Join Our Team

1. Submit an application through our website
Submit your application using the form found on our website.
2. We will contact you
We will respond to your application as soon as possible, at the latest within a few working days. We will send you a background information form, which you can fill in to provide us with useful additional information about yourself. By completing the background information form carefully, you help us offer job opportunities that truly match your interests.
3. You will be added to our WhatsApp group, where we announce new job opportunities in your area
In the WhatsApp groups, we share general information (without any client-identifying details) about new clients / job opportunities, and when you receive a suitable job offer, you can indicate your interest in that specific opportunity.
3. Initial interview, approx. 15 minutes
At this stage, we interview every applicant by phone. The initial interview lasts about 10–15 minutes. We ask questions related to your work history and preferences in a friendly atmosphere. There is no need to be nervous about the interview!
4. Providing the required documents
After the initial interview, we will guide you on how to provide the necessary documents. We verify your identity, your work history, required permits and certificates, as well as your criminal background check. We recommend submitting all documents/attachments via Secure Mail, which can also be found at the bottom of the page.
5. Employment contract
We always make the employment contract in writing. After signing the employment contract, you are ready to begin working with us at Avustajaklinikka.
